We have 4 locations in the Greater Phoenix area, in Phoenix, and Chandler, with a team dedicated to providing you with affordable braces and friendly care. Dr. “O” El-Hillal and Dr. Wil Saavedra are orthodontists that believe in providing the patient with the right orthodontic care, specializing in Damon Braces, Invisalign®, and Invisalign Teen. At E&S Orthodontics, we specialize in patient-centric care. Our staff is dedicated to providing you with a memorable and comfortable experience during your care. Our team members have specialized training in customer care in order to anticipate your needs. Our team is divided into three departments:
Front Office Team: The front office team works as your concierge to the practice.
Back Office Team: The back office team will see to all your orthodontic needs by helping the doctor facilitate your orthodontic care.
Administrative Team: The admin team helps to create an atmosphere that will create a positive and friendly atmosphere during your braces treatment.

Dr. Ousama El-Hillal
Orthodontist
Dr. O El-Hillal received his Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. At Temple University School of Dentistry, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree, MBA, Master of Science in Oral Biology, and Orthodontic Specialty certification. Dr. El-Hillal (affectionately called “Dr. O” by his patients) has been published in numerous professional journals. He was Chief Resident and has held several other leadership roles when he was receiving training.

Dr. Wil Saavedra
Orthodontist
Dr. Wil Saavedra made his childhood home in Virginia, and attended Radford University (Virginia) where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biology. He went on to achieve his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DDS), as well as his Master of Science in Oral Biology, along with a speciality certificate in Orthodontics from the Temple University School of Dentistry. Dr. Saavedra brings a devotion to new technologies and consistent learning to his work. By remaining on top of technological advancements, he helps maintain E&S Orthodontics as one of the most advanced dental practices.
