Hello. My name is Dr. O and I’m going to answer the question: How does Invisalign work?
If you have seen the TV commercials, you know that Invisalign is revolutionizing the orthodontic industry and it is doing so by allowing us to move teeth using clear removable plastic aligners.
We use a series of custom aligners which are created to achieve the desired amount of movement per your treatment plan. You will be given these aligners to switch out to from the convenience of your own home and then coming in to our office every 8-10 weeks for us to monitor your progress. Your teeth will slowly move in the direction needed to achieve your perfect smile.
Invisalign is the clear alternative to traditional metal braces which allows us to move teeth to new positions without brackets and wires.
